I’m so happy to be able to introduce you to “The Flurries” this week. This sweet snowfolk family would be so lovely perched upon your Christmas tree this season. Each ornament has been constructed of muslin, stuffed with fiberfill & hand-painted, sanded & aged. They have brown embroidery thread loops attached.
Mona is 2.75″ wide & 3″ tall.
Ruby is all bundled up for winter although I’m not sure if snow folk even get cold. I’m sure Ruby’s all about fashion either way!
Ruby is 2.75″ wide & just under 6″ long.
Sweet Jack, he’s a dapper fellow for sure. He’s 3.5″ tall & 3.5″ wide.
Each ornament has a dusting of vintage-style glass glitter upon their cheeks.
The Flurries are available on eBay. They will end Oct. 26th at 9PM EST. Click here to bring this sweet family into your sweet family.
There’s no need to tell you what inspired this sweet angel. She is a frosty autumn delight for sure & maybe, just maybe, this little gal has been hard at work on those chilly mornings when frost covered leaves crunch under your feet. Bernadette is my original design. No pattern has been used to make her. She’s just under 16″ tall, with a wingspan of 10″. She’s been made of muslin & stuffed with fiberfill. She’s been hand-painted & sanded top to bottom many times, giving her a lovely aged patina. Bernadette has been sealed sealed so they she be beautifully preserved. She has a hemp loop attached to her back making her suitable for hanging or she may sit with assistance. (See pic at below.) Bernadette has lightly wired arms that have been tied together, allowing her to hold her pumpkin.
I have had many requests for another pug doll. Since I so loved making my first little pug doll, Clove, I decided to make another, more whimsical little girl.
