Gingerbread Sweetness!

It’s so felt like Christmas the last few days. We were fortunate to have all the beauty of ice hanging from lacy branches and limber pines, without the ugly that goes with it….like power outages, tree breakage and hazardous roads for days on end. For that, I’m very thankful.

At 1 PM EST today, PFATT Marketplace will update. For those of you new to my work, I am a member of an online art group known as Primitive Folk Art Talk and Tea (PFATT). Each month, many of our members offer our handmade items through a selling site which is a “sister” to our group called Primitive Folk Art Trinkets and Treasures Marketplace (PFATT Marketplace). PFATT Marketplace updates at 1PM EST on the 10th of every month with a host of new, carefully crafted items made by participating members. If you love personal, handmade, thoughtful items…this is the marketplace for you. Many PFATT members have had their works appear in magazines nationwide.

This is my offering for December’s PFATT Marketplace update. Meet “Ginger”, a sweet little Christmas tree topper or free standing doll.

Visit my page on PFATT Marketplace to purchase! And don’t forget to check out all the other available works!

December PFATT Marketplace Sneak Peek!

The PFATT Marketplace updates tomorrow at 1 PM EST. Here’s the latest little fellow that I will be offering on a first come, first served basis.

He’s a free-standing doll built on a papermache cone which means he can also be a tree topper. Please note: he does work best on artificial trees, unless you have a Christmas tree with a particularly straight top. I never seem to pick out those trees! He’s about 8-8.5″ tall & is hand-sculpted without the use of any molds. Available tomorrow, Dec. 10th for $75.00. Free shipping to all US residents via USPS Priority Mail.

Enjoy the photos!

Doesn’t he make you feel all Christmasy? If you’d like to purchase, click here to visit my PFATT Marketplace page. Don’t forget to visit all the very creative artisans!

PFATT Breast Cancer Awareness Charity Auction

I belong to a wonderful Ebay artists group known as PFATT (Primitive Folk Art Talk & Tea). Each year the members of PFATT participate in a charity auction. This year’s chosen ’cause’ is breast cancer awareness.

Twenty-one handmade ornaments are being presented on a 34″ feather tree made from real goose-feathers. 100% of the proceeds go to FORCE…(Facing Our Risk of Cancer Empowered).

Below is the ornament I donated to this charity auction. She’s 3″ wide x 2″ tall. She’s hand-painted, aged & sealed. Her wings are machine-quilted, painted muslin dusted with vintage style glass glitter. She comes in her own painted, aged, paper mache box.

Click the banner above to visit the charity auction & see the other fantastic ornaments being offered! Thank you Lori Davis for organizing this event & thank you members of PFATT for so generously donating your handmade creations.

Snowgirls & Bunnies! Now on PFATT Marketplace.

The PFATT Marketplace has been updated for January and two new cuties have been added to my shop. Visit Pfatt Marketplace to see these OOAK Dolls.

“Flurry”

“Whiskers”

They’re a new type of dolly for me–paperclay heads attached securely to fabric bodies. You can expect to see some more of these cuties pop up! Whiskers is already sold but Flurry is still available. Click here to make this little snowgirl yours! And don’t forget to look around at the fantastic art that is available on PFATT Marketplace!
