Payment
Paypal is the preferred method of payment for most orders. You may also use Etsy checkout if ordering through my Etsy shop. If you need to pay by another method, please contact me via email or use my contact form to send a message.
Shipping
Any doll that you purchase will be very carefully packaged in a box that accommodates the doll’s size. I do not charge a handling fee nor do I charge a hidden fee for packing supplies.
I ship most of my dolls via USPS Priority Mail and UPS. Packages usually arrive in 2-5 business days. Cost of shipping on each item is an estimate & may vary depending upon location. I will do my best to provide an accurate shipping quote, however, if I overestimate the shipping cost, above $1.00, I will gladly refund the difference. If you need to sign for your package, just let me know & I can ship with direct signature required for an additional fee, otherwise your doll will be sent ‘no signature required’. Small items & items sent to international locations will be mailed through USPS Priority Mail (which may take 2-7 days to arrive.) I will be happy to ship internationally, just email me for a price quote. I happy to combine shipping on multiple items when it is possible & safe to do so.
Refunds and Exchanges
It is my intention to have happy, happy customers who collect my works because they love them. I try to provide accurate descriptions for all art offered accompanied with detailed photographs. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact me. I strive to provide excellent customer service.

I do occasionally take commissions. If there is something specific you’re looking for & think my style might suit your idea…please message me. Although I can’t promise that I will make every doll that is requested, I will consider your ideas.
