Today (in about an hour) PFATT Marketplace updates. The little fellas below are my offerings for this month’s show. Each piece has a paperclay head sculpted onto a wooden torso. They’re approx. 7.5-8″ tall. Each piece is an original, one of a kind. Visit the PFATT Marketplace to purchase!
This little little lady is Pepper. She’s approximately 12″ tall from the tip of her ear to the tip of her shoes. Pepper is a muslin & fiberfill creation. She’s been hand-painted top to bottom and has been sanded & aged, giving her such a lovely, vintage patina. She is sealed so that she may be lightly dusted after display. Pepper has an embroidery thread loop attached to her back for hanging or she can sit, only with assistance. Her knees are sewn through.
Her sweet face has been been carefully painted with a variety of media. Her ears have been attached separately. Her hands are needle-sculpted as well. Pepper’s boots are hand-painted & are extremely detailed.
Pepper’s skirt is made of a beautiful 100% cotton print & natural cream colored muslin. The hem features hand-stitching. Her blouse is made of taupe osnaburg. A vintage mother of pearl button adorns the neckline. There is hand-stitching along the back, neckline & sleeves.

This little chickadee is Ollie. Ollie 12″ tall from ear to toe (14″ including balloon). She has been made of muslin, stuffed with fiberfill & hand-painted & sanded many times giving her such a lovely, aged patina. Ollie has been sealed with a combination of sealers so that she can be lightly dusted after display. Her lower torso is weighted allowing her to sit nicely. Ollie’s left arm is button jointed, allowing her to hold her sweet 3″ teddy. Her neck is supported with wire armature.
Ollie has been painted with a variety of media. Her muzzle has been attached separately giving her the perfect pug profile. Her ears have been attached separately as well. Ollie’s tiny paws have been hand-sculpted by hand. She wears brown painted gloves & brown boots with tan socks & light tan laces.
Ollie’s apron dress has been constructed from the cutest 100% cotton print in shades of red, cream & pink. Her blouse has been constructed from white muslin. It features hand-gathered sleeves, stitching along the back & neckline and tiny buttons down the front. Ollie’s hem features hand-stitching.
Little girls love balloons & this little one is no exception. Ollie’s balloon has been made from muslin, painted, sanded & aged. It is attached to rusty wire which was then wrapped around Ollie’s arm. The wire extends adding gentle support & allowing Ollie’s balloon to remain upright.
Ollie’s little buddy is constructed of muslin. He has been hand-painted, sanded & aged & sealed.
Meet Ginger! She looks a little sad. But trust me, she’s a feisty little girl! Ginger is my original design & is guaranteed one of a kind art. She’s been made of muslin & stuffed with fiberfill. She measures 12.5″ tall from the tip of her ears to her toes. She’s been painted & sanded a couple of times, giving her a lovely, aged patina. She’s been sealed with a combination of glossy & matte sealers so that she may be lightly dusted from time to time. Ginger’s lower torso is rag-stuffed & bean filled to allowing her to sit nicely without assistance. Her knees have been sewn through.
Ginger’s sweet face has been painted with a variety of media. Her ears have been attached by hand. Her paws have been needle-sculpted by hand. And, yes, this sophisticated lady is wearing pretty painted brown boots with tan socks & red laces!
Ginger’s blouse has been sewn from taupe osnaburg. It features hand-gathered sleeves, hand-stitching around the neckline and back & a vintage mother of pearl button. Ginger’s apron skirt has been sewn from 100% cotton. It features hand-stitching along the hemline.
