Pfatt Marketplace is updated & this is the little lady I’m offering this month. Meet Melody. She’s an OOAK cloth creation measuring 16-17″ tall from her base to her birds. Melody has been made in the style of a stump doll & has no legs. She does, however, stand up on her own. Melody has been hand-painted from top to bottom many times. She has a lovely, vintage patina. She has been sealed for slight dusting after display. Her arms are button jointed.
Melody’s nose & bottom lip have been needle-sculpted by hand. Her face has been painted with a variety of media. Melody’s fingers are needle-sculpted as well.
I simply adore this lovely taupey grey floral fabric! It is 100% cotton in the most beautiful tonal shade. There is hand-stitching along the hemline for added detail. Melody’s blouse is osnaburg. There is hand-stitching along the neckline, back & sleeves. A vintage button adorns the neckline.
Melody’s fluttering birds are paperclay creations. They were hand-sculpted without the use of any molds & have been hand-painted. They are affixed securely to the rusty wire which is wrapped around Melody’s wrists. The birds & wire have been sealed. They were modeled after the Mountain Blue Bird.

It’s never too early to add to your Halloween Collection! Margie is my newest little witch. She’s 12″ tall & decked out in a beautiful palette of white, black & grey. This little little lady is Pepper. She’s approximately 12″ tall from the tip of her ear to the tip of her shoes. Pepper is a muslin & fiberfill creation. She’s been hand-painted top to bottom and has been sanded & aged, giving her such a lovely, vintage patina. She is sealed so that she may be lightly dusted after display. Pepper has an embroidery thread loop attached to her back for hanging or she can sit, only with assistance. Her knees are sewn through.
Her sweet face has been been carefully painted with a variety of media. Her ears have been attached separately. Her hands are needle-sculpted as well. Pepper’s boots are hand-painted & are extremely detailed.
Pepper’s skirt is made of a beautiful 100% cotton print & natural cream colored muslin. The hem features hand-stitching. Her blouse is made of taupe osnaburg. A vintage mother of pearl button adorns the neckline. There is hand-stitching along the back, neckline & sleeves.
